Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4+ years of experience in Salesforce.com Administration in a large active salesforce instance Familiarity with Salesforce's technical stack - APIs, Custom Objects, APEX etc. Experience with at least one ETL tool (Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator, MS SSIS). Experience with Salesforce.com development including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services. Exposure to .Net, SOAP or REST based web services, SQL, Apex, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience and evangelize best practices. Experience effectively working in a team environment with varying skill set levels. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of data management, SQL and RDBMS technologies, SOA design principles. Experience with design and development of integration solutions using third party integration tools including Informatica (ETL and Cloud).
