·         While working in ENS DC, our job duties at a very high level
are to maintain the fleet of network devices. Maintaining the fleet
requires to monitor, react, respond, troubleshoot, and fix the alerts,
alarms, and issues in various network devices including but not
limited to Cisco, Juniper, Arista, HP, Force10 switches and routers.
With the huge number of devices customer has at its datacenters, over
time fans, power supplies, optics, cables and sometimes whole devices
fail. ENS DC Team job is to identify what pieces and parts have
failed, and then fix or replace those parts to ensure the network
devices run optimally and redundantly.

·         Another piece of maintaining the fleet is troubleshooting
links between network devices.

·         Many types of errors can occur on a link and it’s our job to
identify if there is an issue, then troubleshoot the issue to find the
root cause, fix the issue, document what we’ve fixed, and make sure
asset databases are updated.

(1.) Ensure adherence to the published compliance frame work. Monitor
by conducting periodic audits to ensure all compliance aspects are
adhered to; Analyze and publish reports on the findings; discuss with
the concerned stake holders and follow up on the clos

(2.) To analyze and integrate the CoE Process and adjoining
HR/Business Processes for bringing out higher alignment by creating
new designs or enhancing the current design as per industry and
regulatory norms.

(3.) To keep self-abreast of the changing paradigm through reading,
research, feedback and competitor analysis to ensure that the process
design has the next/best practices (4.) To prepare business
requirement documents for automation/enhancement of the HR Processes,
lead pilot and testing efforts of a process rollout including
preparation of training material and ensure that customer queries on a
new process are responded to.
