Master’s degree is preferred. • Minimum Ten to fifteen years of experience in managing and delivering PeopleSoft CRM system implementations for US companies. • Should provide expert leadership in the design and development of CRM in public sector companies. • Should specialize in the identification and solution of PeopleSoft CRM applications. • Should Provide fit/gap analysis, functional process best practice recommendations *Senior Practice Manager* – Call center and transportation industry (Only 1 Practice Manager) • Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other related discipline. Master’s degree is preferred. • Minimum Ten to fifteen years of experience in managing and delivering business process reengineering projects for US companies, with significant experience in the transportation industry. • Should provide expert leadership and project management in the design and development of call center business processes and workflow solutions, specifically with large clients. • Should specialize in the identification and solution of operational call center issues, across multiple business operations and processes, and in designing new business models to integrate workflows that span mission-critical and customer service management applications. • Should provide expert leadership and knowledge transfer of business process reengineering to Executive Management in all areas of call center management and PeopleSoft CRM. • Should have broad base of industry skills to identify areas of fit/gap between customer service business operations and PeopleSoft CRM functionality, and the development of cost-effective operational solutions for Customer Service operations. *The required skill sets are a combination of senior level resource with significant business process reengineering, call center and PeopleSoft CRM expertise, preferably in the public sector, as well as resources with deep functional and technical PeopleSoft CRM experience and other software applications, such as Trapeze and IVR system. The contractor will have experience working within a highly politically volatile environment within the transportation industry.* Both the roles need solid experience in the Transportation sector.
