Information Technology Manager
8+ months Contract
San Antonio, TX

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of helpdesk
and desktop support at the location. This includes directing all operations
to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of
existing applications and development of new technical solutions.
Supervisory Responsibility
Helpdesk and desktop support IT staff.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Operations experience in a production environment
• Proven ability to lead a progressive IT group
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical
• Solid writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and motivate professional
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies
• Broad knowledge of data processing systems, concepts, and methodologies
• Understanding of general business, health care, and health coverage

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field or related experience
Minimum of eight (8) years experience within Information Technology field
Experience in the following technologies/products
Windows Servers
Data Warehousing
