Is this individual ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization from field staff to C level? *Description Of Services:* Want an individual who has started a data quality program from scratch, someone who knows how to build data quality processes from scratch Designed data quality controls and processes for both source systems and analytical systems Significant Master Data Management (MDM) experience Ability to develop data quality strategies, but also able to roll up their sleeves Mature business style - ability to deal effectively with people in the field as well as C level executives Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively utilize a wide variety of communication techniques Effectively interact with a variety of people with a wide variety of skill levels Minimum 10 to 15 years experience *Deliverables:* Process Flows Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility Participate in data conversion and data maintenance Provide best practice and industry specific solutions Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
