*Job Summary:*

The Communications Analyst position requires strong experience programming
telephone and voice mail services as well as excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.

Communication Analyst will work with end users to develop and help
implement communication solutions that utilize telephony and computer based
services available in Avaya Communication Manager, Cisco Communications
Manager and Cisco Unity Connection.

*Communication Analyst will facilitate in migration of telephone services
from Avaya Communication Manager to Cisco Unified Communications Manager:*

•                     Parse, clean and translate data from Avaya
Communication Manager.

•                     Validate device programming and location with client
and other databases.

•                     Coordinate site readiness and migration with client,
network and voice technicians.

•                     Prepare and execute necessary BAT files.

•                     Communications Analyst will coordinate implementation
of work order requests for telephone and voice mail services and
communications infrastructure changes.

•                     Work with clients to gather information about current
telephone and voice mail programming.  Analyze and evaluate information to
develop a communications solution that will suit their business
requirements.

•                     Coordinate with other IT groups and client to
schedule tasks required to complete both day to day and project work,
including large migrations between telephone systems. Monitor progress of
all tasks to ensure target completion dates are met.

•                     Perform moves, adds and changes in Avaya
Communication Manager, Cisco Communications Manager and Unity Connection.

•                     Review and mark floor plans for field technicians.

•                     Work with team to set up, configure and troubleshoot
components of Avaya Communication Manager, Cisco Communications Manager and
Unity Connection.

*Technical Requirements:*

•                     Hands on experience administering and programming the
following:

•                     Cisco Unified Communications Manager (version 8.6 or
higher)

•                     Use of Bulk Administration tool to import and update
telephones, users, and directory numbers

•                     Administration of Cisco IP Telephones and features

•                     Administration of analog service on Voice Gateways

•                     Creation of CTI Route Points

•                     Cisco Unity Connection (version 8.6 or higher)

•                     Importing subscribers from integrated LDAP

•                     Unity mailbox administration

•                     Creation of Call Handlers and Interview Handlers

•                     Avaya Communication Manager (version 5.2)

•                     Adds, moves, changes

•                     Administration of Avaya telephones and features

•                     Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially use of
macros and advanced functions.
