Mainframe Tech Lead/Architect
Location : Phoenix, AZ.
Experience Level - 7 - 11+ Years
Duration - Long Term Contract
Rate - ALAP (Please send me the rate expectation)
Skills Required:
- Mandatory hands on skill for Technical competency - CICS , DB2 , COBOL ,
JCL , VSAM (Minimum Hands 4+ years of exp in these skills)
- Overall MF experience of 7-11 years
- Knowledge on CICS in area of CICSPLEX , CICS MRO , Channels and Containers
, CICS MQ , CICS Transaction Gateway
- Competency on the databases like DB2 , IMS DB/DC , IDMS etc
- Experience with Advanced DB2 features like Stored procedure , Data
Modelling , Database design
- Experience of Development projects for more than 5-6 years is a must and
should have played a role of Tech Lead.
- Ability to develop High level architecture , Design from functional
specifications , High level and low level design , estimation , test
environment setup , reviews is a must
- Good communication skills and client interaction experience would be a
plus
- If worked on Legacy Modernization or conversion project , it will be an
added advantage
- Competent on IBM MF tools and productivity enhancers Strobe / Microfocus /
CA /Compuware
- Banking domain experience or knowledge would be preferable
