*SR Business Analyst (Reverse Mortgage) (Only USC / GC)* Herndon, Virginia. Long Term *Face2Face required* Required Experience · Knowledge of the theories, concepts, principles, and practices of the mortgage industry in particular reverse mortgages · Knowledge of SDLC · Ability to understand functional and technical requirement documentation and to evaluate and test the system for compliance with requirements · Skill in developing new system requirements · Skill in systems trouble-shooting and problem resolution · Ability to translate user data needs and reporting requirements into data queries, problem reports, or program specifications · Proficiency in oral and written communications · Ability to maintain proper internal control focus when resolving system issues. Required Skills: · 6 years of Analysis experience, preferably in a Federal environment · 2 to 3 years in a lead/management role supporting life cycle implementations of software systems with specific experience in the following areas: o Reverse Mortgage Loans or Servicing platforms. o Development of functional specifications along with testing experience o Post go-live system operations support o Interacting with Multiple Sub Contractors o Bachelor’s degree in a systems-related field of study or n equivalent o Strong written and verbal communication skills o PMP is a plus Internal Skills: · Major Duties: Financial Industry experience, Loan Servicing and reverse mortgage experience a plus.
