*Principal Duties and Responsibilities:* Responsible for procedures and controls to assure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements as well as good business practices as part of a controls assurance program. Deploys and maintains and internal and external IT/Security audit program. Conducts formal risk analysis and self-assessments program for various Information Services systems and processes. Help ensure compliance with HIPAA, PCI, and various other regulatory requirements Deploys and maintains a 3rd party vendor security management program Develop and maintain corporate security policies Builds and maintains the corporate security training and awareness program Contributes expertise to help determine requirements and functional specifications for entire organization. Works effectively with cross-functional and/or global teams, readily shares information with others. *Skills:* Possesses strong security/risk/legal knowledge. Knowledge of the GRC aspects of information security subject matter including Control assurance design principles and practices Information Technology audit practices In-depth knowledge of various compliance regimes - PCI, HIPAA, SSAE16, and ISO 27001 Advanced knowledge of risk assessment design and delivery Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance systems [RSA Archer a plus] and how to design a GRC framework RSA Secure Required. Expert with Symantec technologies. Problem solving skills. Excellent communications and collaboration skills.
