They will be: 1) Learning our Report Writer – and creating reports – duplicating our existing Core reports (migrating from one tool to another) a. Have experience with DB2 Data b. Has experience with a sophisticated report creation tool (this tool is IBM’s DB2 Web Query for I solution) 2) Be able to train new customers on this tool – both on line and in person if need be 3) Assist with creating documentation They will be support for Shazam's clients for this new tool; there are 50 standard reports that need to be transferred and then communicated & trained on. Experience with Crystal reports is a big plus; 2-4 years of reports development/creation.
