Location: Rochester - New York Job Description: Key skills required for the job are: - KANA(Mandatory) - Clarify CRM Standard Features(Mandatory) Clarify Application Navigation, Knowledge of Clarify Data Model, Technology capabilities and limitations. Knowledge of all modules and their capabilities. Possesses in-depth knowledge of Clear Basic language. Can handle code for Complex Database query and Update, features like Call Save Backs and Validations. Can Handle complex form messaging and handling. Use Advanced Controls in UI editor like Tree controls, Grid etc. Can develop the technical design/Provide Solution directly from Requirements. Expert in Debugging and trouble shooting the code. Possesses in-depth knowledge of Clarify Thin client architecture. In-depth knowledge in J2EE concepts. Advanced knowledge in Web logic server. Advanced knowledge in various Clarify Thin client modules. Ability to create functional specifications by gathering requirements from the customer. Possesses in-depth knowledge of database fundamentals.
