Performing project management and project implementation through to support. Leads will also be SME in one or more function. Performing tasks such as detailed design, installation, and configuration and upgrading of servers and related hardware and software in a LAN, WAN and stand-alone environment. Leads main task are to influence and direct internally and externally, support and mentor seniors to ensure a continually improved and efficient service. Leads will enforce good design and standards while also providing investigation, diagnostic testing and repair/resolution of system, hardware, software and infrastructure.
