*Note: In-Person Interview ONLY – NO PHONE Interview/ NO Skype* The Programmer’s major responsibilities include working to improve the scalability, accuracy and automation of technical aspects of reports Develop, maintain, and conduct quality control of reports Write, maintain, and execute code required for the implementation of the reports in SAS and Transact-SQL languages Create technical documents and process documentation and provide program and technical training to analysts and others working on the evaluation systems Integrate Quality Report data with other information systems Acquire and conduct quality control of data used in Quality Reports Explore system methods of increasing the value of Quality Reports as business intelligence tools These skills may also be also used on other projects, as required - the minimum core competencies required for this position are: Database programming language, such as SQL or SAS Proficiency in at least one programming language Familiarity with data management and quality assurance Knowledge of basic statistics Experience in developing data-driven web applications Experience with data visualization or design Ability to manipulate, organizes, and analyze large datasets Ability to communicate sophisticated technical concepts to general audiences Ability to clearly communicate and document technical work, including coding methodology Ability to translate broad policy guidelines into actionable data requirements and business rules Experience with Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications in Excel Regards: Sam Williams - Recruiting Manager ITBrainiac Inc.
