*Job Description*

*Required Technical Skills:*
PeopleSoft Application Technical Consultant proficient in PeopleSoft
technical tools including, but not limited to;  Peopletools 8.52 or
greater, Application Designer, SQR, PeopleCode, Component Interface, CI
Based Web Services, Integration Broker, Application Packages, Process
Scheduler, Workflow, Application Engine, Security Administrator, Change
Assistant Query and strong SQL skills.

*Required Functional Skills*:

·         PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM 9.1 or greater:

·         Specifically looking for experience with PeopleSoft Core HR,
Compensation, Contracts, Base Benefits, Benefit Administration and
experience interfacing PeopleSoft with external systems via CI Based Web
Services.

·         Experience on at least two full lifecycle implementations and/or
upgrades with PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM in a technical/functional role.

·         Experience gathering Business Requirements and hands-on
experience in preparing the Functional Design, Technical Design and Test
Case documents.

·         Experience designing, prototyping, testing, training, defining
support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions.

·         Should be able work independently and mentor junior resources in
the team.

·         Excellent communication skills, client handling, presentation
skills, exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and great
interpersonal skills.
