This individual needs to be an *Oracle resource (both the DBMS and OBIEE software products is our preference)*, with hands-on technical skills in the following areas: a. Experience designing and implementing solutions that encrypt data while in storage, while in transit and while in use with a technology which employs a *NIST accepted encryption algorithm.* b. Experience working with *LDAP version 3.0 or higher.* c. Experience *designing and implementing role-based security using unique user identifiers (IDs), mandatory password standards, and profile or group access assignments.* d. Experience *adding, changing, and deleting accounts from the major provisioning engines with “off the shelf” connectors*. e.
