Serve as Lead Administrator and Developer of our Salesforce.com
implementation for Media Sales.
Review, Establish and Maintain complex user roles, security, profiles,
workflow rules, etc.
Identify SF.com usage problems and lead in crafting technical /
communication solutions
Enhance end-user productivity through workflow, system triggers, formulas
and automation of sales cycles.
Implement complex business processes within Salesforce.com
Work with internal key-stakeholders to take advantage of all that
salesforce.com offers
Review, Develop and maintain routines needed to automate tasks related to
Salesforce.com administration
Manage system to ensure data integrity including analyzing problems,
providing solutions, or recommending corrective action and implementing
solutions
Lead and Participate in cross-functional teams to address strategic business
issues involving the sales organizations use of tool and information
provided
Some Travel to NY possible - 10%

Metrics/Reporting
Responsible for developing and maintaining the functional areas of data
management, forecasting, accounts, leads, opportunities, dashboards and
reports and any other customization required.
Develop processes and reports to assist with annual planning; monthly and
quarterly forecasting.
Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity
Provide ad hoc reporting as required by sales leadership.

Skills and Experience Required:
Education: BS/BA required or equivalent experience
Years of Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience functioning as a senior (or
only) Salesforce.com administrator for Enterprise edition or higher
(preferably at large, multi-dimensional organization) performing all of the
following tasks:
Extensive data cleansing techniques
Importing and exporting large volumes of data
Creating and managing complex workflow rules, data validation, and system
triggers
Implementing and managing various complex sales and business processes
within one org
Managing multiple users set up, profiles, roles, and teams
APEX/trigger development
Visualforce/s-control development
Proven ability to independently perform testing, implementation,
documentation and updating as it relates to the SalesForce.com software and
system administration
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve
problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally.
Strong MS Office Suite skills, preferably including Visio
Demonstrated strong analytical skills and technical expertise.
Keen attention to detail and complex problem solving abilities from
operational and technical perspective
Must be able to clearly communicate with people in various roles in the
organization, including executives.
Must be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work
situations.
Ability to work independently and engage supervisor as needed.
Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies
Ability to handle full workload and meet proposed deadlines.
Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
