Job Title: IVR/VRU/CTI (Voice Response Unit/Computer Telephony
Integration) Consultant
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 6-12 months Contract
Interview: Phone & Skype(2-3 Days)

Required background:
Knowledge and hands-on experience on IVR/VRU/CTI (Voice Response
Unit/Computer Telephony Integration) .
Interact with business to update config tables monthly
Support during US Business hours – support business users for config
changes, language updates, media changes, etc.
Address queries and incidents during US Business Manager
Make necessary changes online
Third party vendor interaction to apply fixes
Perform code review, release management through SCRM
Work with QA for SIT/Regression
Strong experience in 24*7, Offshore/Onshore model is required.
