This individual will be focused primarily on offloading day-to-day maintenance and support for the GE Centricity Business application. We recognize that it is unlikely we will find someone with the application experience we are looking for, so basic office application (e.g. Excel, Access, etc.) competency and some knowledge of provider office systems would be important. Competency with SQL query skills, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access would also be great. This person will be affiliated with the Practice Management team in CAS (Clinical Applications Support), currently resourced with 2 Business Systems Analysts and a Manager. *What are the top responsibilities for this position? * - Scheduled queries (using DBMS, a GE Centricity Business query tool) - New Provider setup - Interface error resolution - End user support - Appointment Scheduling Template Maintenance - Dictionary maintenance - Claim/Encounter Submission Processing and Error Resolution What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? General business productivity tools, 2+ years experience as a business systems analyst MS Office Expertise in MS Excel SQL query writing MS Access What skills/attributes are nice to have?
