This is in reference to the following position. ***** Please find below job description if you feel comfortable please revert with updated resume, Rate and contact details ASAP ***** Role: Sr. Enovia Architect Location: Remote Duration: 6 months+ Client : Capgemini Vacancy: 2 Primary Skills : Sr. Enovia Architect Work from home Job Description: Responsibilities • Work closely with business partners to understand their business process and assist them with requirements definition and refinement. o Design/architect solutions to implement the business requirements o Coordinate/direct third-party resources to implement , deploy and test solutions § Review solution code, documentation, test cases. • Assist with development and test activities of new requirements for current ENOVIA V6 Application o High level test cases. Test Team develops detailed test cases. • Coordinate and work with Oracle Enterprise DBAs (EDBA) as PLM team Application DBA; maintain and monitor Oracle DB performance, assist EDBA in tuning Oracle instances, and act as SME for the Enovia/PLM database architecture/schema. o Oracle Enterprise Manager to use Oracle SQL Profiles. • Act as responsible engineer /technical lead for the Materials Compliance module of Enovia/PLM application • Act as responsible engineer/technical lead for boundary applications interfaces from the Enovia/PLM application; Oracle ERP, Mentor Data Management Services ( DMS), custom web applications, custom data warehouse repository. • Conducts and/or actively participates in meetings related to projects, locally and internationally, with the enterprise IT team and/or business partners. • Recommends and participates in the design and implementation of standards, tools and methodologies. • Identifies implementation risks and analyses potential impact on the enterprise and on the achievement of scheduled objectives. • Recommends and participates in activities related to the design, development and maintenance of the Enterprise Architecture (EA). • Researches solutions on the market for particular technical requirements and business requirements. Qualifications • At least 10 years work experience in Information Technology environment; Preferred experience with large enterprise environments. • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent required/preferred. • Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools • Strong presentation and communication skills. • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs. • Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints. • Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities. • ENOVIA upgrade and migration skills, Writing JPOs, MQL, ENOVIA Configuration Skills, Integration Skills, web services, and deploying ENOVIA Centrals and Accelerators • Strong experience in Java and J2EE technologies • Database knowledge (Oracle/SQL) • Application Server knowledge(Tomcat, Apache, WebLogic(Oracle Agile), Linux) • Performance, Scalability and Capacity knowledge and work experience • Project Management Skills • Strong understanding of product development processes in discrete manufacturing industries - includes engineering change management, BOM management, CAD data management, Supplier management, Program Portfolio Management, and Requirements management. • Should have experience in assisting with all aspects of a deployment including data migration, performance management, and infrastructure • Should be able to accurately estimate cost and time for projects / assignments • Strong analytical skills • Experience with Enterprise Change Management, deployment, and source control (Subversion).
