Position : SQL Server Database Administrator Location : Nashville,TN Duration : 6+ months Description: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Preferred Minimum 5 years of experience working as a SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) Minimum 5 years of experience with OLTP database management Minimum 5 years of experience with OLAP database management Minimum 5 years of experience with Data Warehousing (SQL) ETL SKILLS Microsoft Business Intelligence tools including SSIS & SSAS Experience with SQL Server 2008 and 2012. Experience with Data Governance, Data Architecture, Data Modeling and Data Cleansing. Experience with SQL database upgrades. Experience with SQL Server Reporting solutions. Experience with Tuning and performance of SQL Server Databases. Experience with Idera or other monitoring tools (Red Gate). Experience with Monitoring health and growth of SQL Server Databases. Solid understanding and experience designing and managing high availability SQL environments (availability groups, clustering). Good understanding of SAN disk technologies.
