Skill- • Primary responsibilities include hands on development, standardization, and management of all client and server infrastructures, including hardware, software deployment, images, and patching standards • Interacts with management to answer questions, problems and requests regarding complex system issues • Supports the design and configuration of complex system landscapes • Performs moderately complex systems and database administration • Monitors and tunes appropriate systems to ensure optimum level of performance • Manages SCCM Operating System Deployment (OSD) implementation • Manages SCCM Software Update Point (SUP) • Troubleshoots problems to locate root cause and appropriate fixes in expedient fashion • Provides client support and technical issue resolution in support of other teams • Prepares standard statistical reports • Consults with third party vendors to obtain support, make recommendations, schedule work orders, and assist customer with their requests • Documents or revises user and technician training manuals and procedures • Packages, tests and deploys automated desktop application installations within a SMS and SCCM framework • Develops and executes enterprise workstation imaging and deployment methodologies • Develops and executes methodologies for increasing infrastructure optimization and standardization • Ensures correct installation, configuration, use, and maintenance of the Microsoft SCCM Platform • Manages deployment of all patches, critical updates and service packs on a timely basis • Maintains ongoing communications with support teams regarding application issue resolution and general workstation management support • Works with vendors for support with resolving issues and developing/maintaining platform strategy • Coordinates applications release with the customer • Provides mentoring, guidance, and professional development support to others on staff • Provides back-up infrastructure support as needed • Oversees, recommends, and implements database solutions and enhancements to ensure an improvement in system reliability and performance • SQL administration, including the support and development of queries/reports *Thanks & Regards,* Atul Sharma United Software Group, Inc *Phone:* 614-4959-222 , EXT-439 *Email:* atu...@usgrpinc.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
