Are you comfortable with the overall functionality offered in Oracle Lease Management in both eBS and Cloud offerings? Can you map the current business processes to customizations and determine what can be done to eliminate customizations in the upgrade? Description Of Services: This is a short-term project for approximately 65 total hours from this resource. This is an opportunity to get onto the main project team if we win the upgrade/reimplementation project at the end of this assessment. We need someone to come into the client site, interview the business and IT group regarding customizations relating to Oracle Lease Management and document what customizations can be eliminated using standard Oracle processes in an upgrade from 11.5.10 to R12 OR Cloud. Candidate has to be very convincing of their expertise and ability to help with this CEMLI remediation effort. Deliverables: Process Flows CEMLI remediation recommendations Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility Participate in data conversion and data maintenance Provide best practice and industry specific solutions Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
