Please reply to *ta...@technocraftsol.com* <ta...@technocraftsol.com> *Network Architect* Network Architect must have had prior experience doing such kind of network assessment, providing detailed report and recommendations. *Project Goals:* • Provide management technical level visibility into company network infrastructure. • Develop a gap analysis and prioritized list of recommendations that would enable company to execute operational requirements that will be compliant with industry best practices in a cost effective manner. • Collaboratively work with company to develop strategic remediation road maps and an integrated technical approach to prioritize network evolution effectively. *Scope of Work:* • Scan the network for all network hardware devices, identifying current inventory, code levels and lifecycle (EOS/EOL). • Review the existing network infrastructure, focusing on the LAN/WAN environment along with the connectivity and configuration of devices between all sites to include routers, switches, firewall, and network appliances. *Deliverables:* • Provide detailed network drawings of the existing environment. • Detailed inventory of all existing network equipment, including software version, make/model and EOS/EOL status as well as last date of support for the discovered devices. • Identify and document logical architecture and addressing • The detailed results of the assessment will be outlined and will provide the findings as well as provide the strategic Best Practice recommendations to enable company’s future growth and operations. Findings need to be broken down into three categories: *Priority 1* recommendations should be performed immediately. These are issues that threaten company’s network security, are recurring problems or equipment that lack support and should be addressed immediately. *Priority 2* recommendations should be implemented within a year. These are recommendations that would generally include architectural best practices that are necessary to improve availability, scalability or enhance security. *Priority 3* recommendations should be implemented within a 3-year strategic plan.
