- 3-5 years of Sitecore Experience - Experience with at least one Sitecore CMS implementation - Hands-on developer that has the ability to communicate well with team members, manager, stakeholders, etc. - Ability to write high quality code - Test Driven Development A SiteCore expert* with demonstrated track record at the following: • Ability to work in a team of 4+ developers • High analytical ability, good judgment and very good communication skills • Good problem solving skills, can articulate pros and cons of different solutions and the trade-offs and make recommendations • Producing simple and elegant design and documenting them with appropriate level of detail - enough to make it easy to communicate with others in the team and to use it as pre-cursor to reading code • Producing very high quality code – performant, readable, testable. • Exercising test driven development • High throughput – commensurate with years of experience/pay The project involves: • Developing SiteCore templates. • Creating webpages using the templates • Publishing pages to production and supporting. *SiteCore expertise implies expertise in C#/.Net and knowledge of MVC (SQL expertise optional).
