Position :Peoplesoft Support Analyst
Location :Omaha, NE.
Duration :6-12 months

Skills and Experience Required :
The PeopleSoft Support Analyst will be part of the Application Support
team, which is responsible for support, maintenance, and system testing
for PeopleSoft and related HR applications. This role involves level 2/3
end-user support, system testing of ongoing production updates and
maintenance items, system testing for various HR projects, and year-end
support. This position is primarily focused on PeopleSoft modules but
support for other non-PeopleSoft HR applications is also required
Job Specific Responsibilities Provide level 2/3 end-user support for
PeopleSoft and other HR applications.
Create, maintain, and execute system test plans and test scripts.
Work closely with developers, DBA's, and HR business partners on projects
and day-to-day support questions and issues.
Take an active role in HR projects including requirements, design, testing,
and deployment.
Manage system testing for monthly updates and maintenance
Maintain application support documentation and procedures.
Work on multiple programs/systems on projects of moderate to high
complexity within one or more development environments.
Occasional after-hours support required.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree
3+ years experience with PeopleSoft
Knowledge of core HR, payroll, and T&L modules and processes
Commitment to superior customer service and process improvement
Highly proficient in problem solving and written and verbal communication
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and in groups, with both local and remote
team members and customers
Strong understanding of HR processes
Good knowledge of information systems elements (hardware, software,
network, databases, SQL language) and their application to business
Good project management skills within a team environment.
Excellent analytical, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Able to meet strict deadlines and coordinate processes between a diverse
group of business units.
Preferred Qualifications
5+years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred.
Experience in Global Payroll, HR Help Desk, and eRecruit modules
