The HR Service Representative will be responsible for gathering background information on issue(s), providing the initial response information, and tracking resolution progress to monitor overall service response. *Other duties and responsibilities will include the following:* • Reviewing incoming e-mails, U.S. mail, faxes, etc. o Referring employees, managers, retirees, and former employees to HR self-service technology, outside vendors, or other resources as appropriate. o Performs related document management per department procedures. o Interfacing with internal (HR, Payroll) and external resources (Aon Hewitt, CIGNA, JP Morgan, etc.) to furnish needed information to close cases as appropriate. • Establish operational objectives and work plans. • Identifying opportunities to improve knowledge base / Tier I processes. • Handling purchasing and invoicing for HR. More duties will be assigned as needed.
