*Candidates must be local and available for on-site interviews.* Seeking experienced software engineers to fill two positions, one requiring strong skills in C# .NET and WCF, and one requiring strong skills in Silverlight/WPF. DUTIES: Work within a team of engineers to develop innovative software solutions. Use a variety of technologies and conform to various software development and business processes. Responsibilities may include: 1. Analyze and refine requirements. 2. Design and implement software to meet requirements. 3. Contribute to design and code inspections. 4. Provide input to technical discussions; propose solutions and alternatives. 5. Analyze cost effectiveness and feasibility. 6. Provide work estimates; perform tradeoffs between implementation, schedule and cost and resource constraints, and recommend alternatives. 7. Provide technical expertise to less experienced developers. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related discipline or equivalent technical experience. Minimum of 6 years experience in software design and implementation, with exceptionally good programming skills in either C# .NET and WCF (first position) or in Silverlight/WPF (second position). Proficient in software development using MS Visual Studio and/or Expression Studio.
