WCS Tech lead – Experience in WCS 7.0
Good knowledge on Out of the box features in WebSphere
Coordinate with IT and Business team at the customer end and with the
offshore development team
Being the first point of contact for the customer, should be able to
analyze and debug issues.
Technical support for the Client store Application and resolve any
issues/queries from the business team
