Primary responsibility is to deliver a technology solution that implements
the defined requirements and functional design, (created by the architects)
on time and on budget within established quality guidelines for an entire
project
·Ensures the overall integrity and consistency of the technical solution
through design, development and implementation
·Ensures that the design, development and testing teams have a productive
technology environment to complete their work and are getting appropriate
levels of technical support
·Understands and contributes to creation of Data Models
·Supports and uses application development methodology and tools
·Oversees the design, development or reengineering of highly complex
application components
·Ensures the integration of software packages, programs and reusable
solutions on multiple platforms
·Ensures that all technical requirements are implemented accurately
·Mitigates escalated risks
·Resolves escalated issues
·Collaborates with Project Lead Architect to make technical decisions and
solve difficult technical problems
·Creates and Responsible for High-Level Design work product
