*We are looking for thoughtful, analytical, and high energy Onboarding and
“Modern Support” Ambassador to join a new team that will be responsible for
delivering modern, cloud-based onboarding support services. The Onboarding
Ambassador role will be responsible for the technical aspects of onboarding
customers and partners which includes providing proactive guidance and
remediation assistance. You will help transform the traditional on premises
deployment approach to an automated Cloud Services Onboarding Service for
small and medium size businesses.  *

*Your key business metrics will be:*

   - *Customer Satisfaction*
   - *Delivery throughput – (secondary, Customer Satisfaction is paramount)*
   - *Identifying Product Improvements*
   - *Reducing reactive support incidents*
   - *Provide feedback on how to maximize Ambassador Satisfaction*

*Your specific responsibilities will include:*

*•          Lead small and medium business customers through the Onboarding
technical process for Microsoft Office 365*

*•          Provide ongoing support to small and medium business Microsoft
Office 365 customers*

*•          Analyzing and providing feedback on the deployment process and
technology improvements throughout lifecycle*

*•          Developing, fostering and maintaining effective customer
relationships while driving positive customer satisfaction*

*•          Be responsive to customer needs which may sometimes require
outside of normal business hours or on-call rotation*

*Successful Candidate Competencies:*

*•          Customer Service Focus: proven experience providing technical
support directly to customers with a high level of customer service and a
high degree of customer satisfaction*

*•          Self-driven, engaging Customer Support Engineer with proven
history of demonstrated technical aptitude, including regular usage of the
Microsoft Office suite of products*

*•          Strong communication skills to effectively drive
recommendations and instill customer confidence*

*•          Strong problem solving ability ranging from conceptualization
to implementation*

*•          Collaboration: willingness to collaborate to help solve more
challenging issues*

   - *Applicants must be comfortable with ambiguity while striving for
   clarity with the personal desire and initiative to drive proactive business
   impacting change and clarity*
   - *Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and configuring email clients is a
   plus, but in-depth training will be provided*

*Qualifications Recommended:*

*The ideal candidate will have a year or more of customer support
experience. An understanding of processes and methods to troubleshoot
customer issues and improve the customer experience. High attention to
detail with the ability to understand complex workflow systems. The
successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with
small and medium business customers. Candidate should also have excellent
oral and written communication skills, proven ability to handle difficult
and sensitive situations. *


**Candidates will be required to pass the Microsoft Certified Solutions
Associate: Office 365 certification within 6 months*

**Current Microsoft Exchange, Lync and SharePoint certifications is
considered a plus.  *
