Currently we are looking for an *Systems Analyst/ IT Business Analyst (Mortgage) *for our direct client based in *Jacksonville, FL.* Client location: Jacksonville, FL Duration of the project: 6+ months (extendable) Rate: Market 1. Candidate Must have a knowledge or domain experience in *Mortgage servicing.* 2. Candidate Must have good background in IT as an *IT Business Analyst.* 3. Good understanding and knowledge of *Escrow*, *PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance)*, *MIP (Mortgage Insurance Premium),* *LTV* and *CLTV.* 4. Good understanding of Microsoft technologies, *FRD, BRD, Tech Specs, TFS and data analysis*, 5. Excellent communication skills and team player. 6. Drive and coordinate on multiple projects/tasks and monitor and provide status to stakeholders. 7. Good to have production support experience with troubleshooting skills to isolate and resolve issues to support servicing operations. 8. MSP experience. 9.
