ONLY GC-EAD/GC/USC * Job Description:* · Act as a key member of the Direct Marketing Data Analysis team. Backup all Data Analysis duties including generating tracking codes, importing leads, implementing emailcampaigns, working in Siebel on Premise and reporting and analysis. · Dig deep into campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement Be a data master, develop strong hypothesis and independently solve problems and provide actionable insights Make analytical, data driven recommendations Reconcile reports on a regular basis to ensure accurate reporting Work with senior marketing team to improve reporting pipeline and process *Skills:* · Bachelors or equivalent degree Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects at once Hard working, can-do attitude Excellent database analysis and data manipulation experience. · Previous marketing and/or salesexperience or understanding of these environments,analyzing campaign performance data, or business relevant experience. · Significant depth in direct response marketing, advertising and online media Data analysis experience in a high-volume environment. · Excel Proficiency (Lookups, advanced formulas, pivot tables, text string manipulation) Hands-on experience using Oracle database tools, including SQL and Toad and high level of proficiency in MS Access and Excel. Experience with Siebel Marketing a plus.
