Title: Oracle E-Business Suite Applications DBA Consultant (Financials/HR
Systems)

Duration: 6 MONTHS ONGOING



Support, maintenance and deployment of the following modules of the Oracle
E-Business Suite release R12.0.6/R12.2.4:

·        *Financials*:  Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,
General Ledger, Fixed Asset, Property Manager, Inventory;

·        *HRMS*:  Human Resources, Oracle Time & Labor;

·        *Self-Service*:  Internet Procurement, Self-Service Human
Resources (SSHR), iExpense, and iSupplier.

·        *Workflow*:  As embedded in the E-Business Suite.



*Required Technical Skills*

The Consultant resource should possess most of the following technical
knowledge and experience:

·        5+ years of Applications DBA experience with applying patches,
deploying and maintaining the systems.

·        3+ years of experience in Cloning, Encryption (Transparent Data
Encryption) and Data masking.

·        Working experience in a SOX compliance environment with
segregation of duties is desirable.

·        Working experience with multi node multiple application top setup
is a must.

·        3+ years of experience with performance tuning and trouble
shooting of applications.

·        5+ years of knowledge of associated Oracle technologies e.g.
Apache, WebLogic, Concurrent Managers, Workflow Mailer, Server setup, and
JAVA.

·        Experience with Oracle EBS version 12.2.4 online patching is a
plus.

·        Experience with Oracle Access Manager (Single sign-on) Integration
with Oracle EBS is a plus.

·        5+ years of experience in deploying the code using FNDLOAD and
other utilities.

·        3+ years of hands-on experience/advanced skill level in order to
deploy reports, processes and interfaces utilizing SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle
Reports, Oracle Forms and HP-UX.

·        5+ years of hands-on experience as an Application System
Administrator capable to fulfill the major responsibilities of maintaining
the application tier.

·        Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze information
identify and formulate solutions to problems.

·        Sound knowledge of Oracle systems implementation and produce
documentation (CEMLI’s, MD050’s, MD070’s)

·        Extensive experience supporting, maintaining and deploying the
following Oracle E-Business Suite modules utilized by State Fund:

o   Financials:  Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General
Ledger, Fixed Assets, Property Manager, and Inventory

o   HRMS:  Human Resources and Oracle Time & Labor,

o   Self-Service:  Internet Procurement and Self-Service Human Resources
(SSHR), iExpense, iSupplier modules.

o   Workflow:  As embedded in the E-Business Suite.





*The ideal candidate* must have experience and technical skills in the
following roles:



*Applications DBA* will work with the DBAs to clone development/test
instances and to create the Disaster Recovery instance.  He/she must be
able to complete on-going application tier patching and maintenance,
including the technology stack.  He/she must be able to handle System
Administrator responsibilities.
