*Broad Functions:*

   - Responsible for the full development lifecycle to include: design,
   development, delivery, and support for complex projects from an HRIS
   - Requires a strong technical aptitude around the PeopleSoft application
   and surrounding technologies. Areas of functionality include Base Benefits,
   Stock Administration and Variable Compensation, Global HR, and Global

*Essential Functions and Additional Responsibilities:*

   - Develop, Deliver, Support complex projects from an HRIS perspective
   - Lead and manage the activities and services provided by IT to ensure
   effective and full utilization of information technology (including
   business process change) to meet the business strategy and cost objective
   - Plan, Lead, and Execute the technical development of HRIS projects
   approved by upper management
   - Ensure deadlines are met and critical issues are raised in a timely
   - Lead the status applicable phases of the projects including project
   initiation, planning, execution, and control & closure
   - Identifies opportunities for and designs/implements improvements for
   the HRIS systems environments
   - Unit Testing of new functionality/components
   - Provide Global PeopleSoft applications technical support
   - Provide technical analysis around new functionality to include
   customizations, tax updates, patches, and upgrades
   - Contribute actively in the applications development strategy to
   support each business need

Desired Skills and Experience

   - Strong technical knowledge using People Tools/People Code, Component
   Interface, Application Engine/Messaging, SQR, COBOL, Workflow, and SQL
   - BS/BA, preferably in MIS or Computer Science
   - 12+ PeopleSoft development/technical experience
   - Demonstrate proficiency utilizing PeopleSoft reporting tools including
   - Must possess excellent problem-solving skills
   - Must be a team player and have excellent communication skills
   - Strong customer service commitment
   - Must be willing to work on a NIGHT SHIFT – NEBRASKA (Central Time)
   - Project Management experience, a PLUS
