The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated aptitude and enthusiasm for solving data problems and analyzing (not just manipulating) data to provide key insights. This position will be empowered to support short and long term operational/strategic business activities; develop, enhance and maintain operational information that will have an impact on business decisions. Required Qualifications: ·Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years equivalent work experience ·5+ years of experience analyzing and understanding healthcare data ·5+ years of experience SAS ·5+ years of experience with SQL ·5+ years demonstrated root cause analysis ·5+ years of experience relating and standardizing data from very large data sources; including non-relational and relational databases ·Experience manipulating and standardizing data from disparate data sources ·Experience gathering and interrupting requirements ·Understanding healthcare industry terminology and coding (e.g. LOINC, CPT, CPTII.
