The ideal candidate will have a minimum of continuous 4 years .NET
experience with: Visual Studio 2008, C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, MS SQL Server, Web
Services and Object Oriented Design. Dependability and effective
communication skills and are a must.
Above average strength in UI design and creation is a plus.

Javascript
Model View Presenter (MVP) design pattern for ASP.NET
Performance tuning and optimization
Unit testing
Ability to chase requirements and interface with the business
