*Position : Data Analyst* *Location : Minneapolis, MN Duration : 3+ Months (with possible extension) * *Interview : Phone / Skype * *Job Description* · Data Analyst with knowledge/expertise in *EMR-specific structures* and data needed to augment current work to capture relevant data from practices in pursuit of Stars gap closures. · Ability to quickly adjust approach to specific practice capabilities in order to obtain relevant data required. · Experience bringing data through secure channels via structured ETL methodologies and tools required. Knowledge of protocols for data movement required. *Job Skills* • ETL – Manage and compiling clinical data from various sources into useful information • SQL Server Management studio (queries, joins, etc.,) • *EMR data structures* • *EMR front end experience – provider workflows* • *HL7 and CCD* – high level understanding of structure and how these standards support healthcare • Ensemble experience even better since that is the main mapping tool that we are using within the OCIE.
