Job Title: Program Manager (Functional Role) Location: Santa Clara, CA (LOCALLL) Duration: 6 Months Mandatory Skills - 5+ years experience in project planning and/or management Local and Green card OR US citizens only *Skills and Experience Required :* Looking for a Program Manager who can maintain schedules between the hw and sw teams. Ensure deadlines are being met for their produce launch next July 2016. This person will wear multiple hats as they are a startup company. There are 5 employee local to Santa Clara and most of their dev is in India. They will be expected to coordinate and with this team which means they need to be ok with off hours to accommodate. This person should come from a general hw/sw and networking background. They do not need to be technical. *Qualifications and competence:* 5+ years’ experience in project planning and/or management Four or more years of Wireless Communications Hardware/Software System Design or Network Systems. – any networking background is okay Experience with managing projects over multiple sites Experience with managing projects integrating hardware and software development; Experience with managing projects involving external contractors and ODM’s; Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques. Foster Teamwork and Lead: Work cooperatively, effectively, and positively influence others to set goals, resolve problem, make decisions, and achieve results that enhance organizational effectiveness. Make Decisions: Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.
