I need 2 IAM/Siteminder Consultants with Identity Access Management
experience for Client! They are looking to interview this week and will

*Operations Identity Management team is a Level 3 infrastructure support
team whose responsibilities include the analysis, design, deployment and
troubleshooting Identity and Access management solutions for both internal
and external enterprise applications. Supporting technologies include
Single Sign On (SSO), Siteminder, Identity Federation, Virtual Directory
Aggregation, Multi-Factor Authentication, Identity Stores, Web Services,
Directory Synchronization, Identity Governance and Role Based Access
*This is a technical senior position responsible for supporting the day to
day operational BAU duties, assume lead roles in projects of expertise as
well as assist with the strategic anaylsis and direction of the team. With
a heightened focus on access management within the organization, this
position will be key in helping improve current practices as well as
implement new tooling to support the initiatives. Communicating
effectively between operational and development communities of varying
technical background is an important skill to demonstrate. *
*Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*
· Possesses and applies broad knowledge of concepts and principles
or exhibits technical expertise related to server infrastructure and web
based application support.
· Able to understand how concepts apply to design or architectural
· Usually works with minimal instruction or guidance
· Has latitude for some decisions or changes to procedures; reviews
unusual situations with manager
· Performs moderately difficult assignments, requiring a great deal
of originality and problem solving
· Solid knowledge of project management methodologies; able to
manage project phases or less complex projects
· Proficient in the application of core behaviours; exhibiting
additional behavioural competencies.
· Complies with information security policies
· Developing leadership skills; may mentor other team members
