*Position: Embedded Test EngineerLocation: Philadelphia, PA* *Duration: Longterm Contract* Test Engineer for embedded system testing. The qualified individual must have experience in manual as well as automation based testing of embedded systems. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in testing with atleast 2+ years’ experience in STB *Work qualifications*: Analytical and good at following instructions and working with large teams under pressure. Good communication skills in English Must have experience working on test automation for embedded systems. Ability to work under minimal instruction and be able to setup build scripts for embedded system. Should have some past software development experience. *Skill Qualifications*: Experience in set top box testing & STB functionalities. Skillfully experience in Linux kernel and scripting Knowledge of Real-time embedded systems. Desirable to have experience with Cable Settop box and Video Testing Tools. Need to have familiarity in legacy STB with features SDV, DVR, VOD experience.
