Candidate MUST have experience with SAS and SQL and should be local to DE as a Face to Face interview will be required, please only submit local candidates. REQUIRED SKILLS: 5 to 7 years of Business Analyst experience. Experience with SAS and SQL required. A solid understand of credit card marketing programs is desired. Data mining and credit card marketing experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment against tight timelines. Proficiency with Microsoft office is required and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is desired. Candidate should be detail-oriented, technically astute, and possess strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills. Strong analytical and program management skills are required, including a detailed understanding of how to translate customer business needs into operational requirements. Familiarity or experience in operations, direct marketing, and data analysis in a banking or financial institution environment a strong plus.
