The *Content Management Lead* will be responsible to lead the migration of HR policy and related content to the new SF solution.
*Duties will include:* Provide subject matter expertise in Content management and administration in a Success Factors HCM environment leveraging Jam. The Content Management Lead will provide direction to enable an employee/manager self-service portal with related HR policy/HR content. Responsible for the client and team management including proactive value creation activities. Serve as a resource for the team who may execute individually-assigned tasks.
