*Job Description:*

*Key Responsibilities*

·         Provide technical and project leadership

·         Design and implement robust, scalable solutions to satisfy
business requirements

·         Aware about mobile technologies and build hybrid apps

·         Contribute to all phases of the Software life cycle

·         Contribute to the daily maintenance, stability, and tuning of
product or supported applications

·         Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions

·         Participate in definition and clarification of business and
product requirements

·         Provide reasonable and accurate estimates

·         Collaborate extensively with other team members to achieve the
best possible solutions

·         Communicate issues and risks in a timely manner

·         Participate in documentation reviews and code reviews

·         Participate in the release process for a project

·         Identify and resolve defects

*Key Skills*

·         Proficiency in modern mark-up and computer languages (C#, Java,

·         Experience with relational database concepts and complex SQL
statements (prefer Oracle)

·         Experience with building hybrid mobile applications

·         Understanding of standard software development lifecycle

·         Strong problem solving and analytical skills

·         Effective interpersonal and communication skills

·         Ability to perform in a dynamic work environment

·         Expertise with common development tools

·         Experience supervising a development project

·         Experience with multiple application development methodologies

·         Knowledge of various database access methods

·         Expertise of object-oriented design and analysis concepts

·         Ability to lead a diverse group of clients and team members


·         6+ years of professional programming experience

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science,
Engineering, or a related technical field OR equivalent work experience.
