Duration: 1 year Rate: $45/hour on C2C Must have health care. Pharmacy is preferred. *Department Name*: Pharmacy Serv. Medicare Part D *Description* -Responsible for identifying, collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data to evaluate issues that support pharmacy operational business decisions. Lead, coordinate and report status of multiple projects for senior management. -Lead data validation of audits of CMS reporting. -Research, analyze, identify and evaluate data from assigned problems to evaluate existing and potential trends and issues using SAS software. -Assist in the development and implementation of drug utilization/drug use management and review programs, medication therapy management and with emphasis on CMS Star Ratings. -Develop, implement and maintain reporting on clinical analysis. Support vendor management frame work for PBM. -Assist in CMS and BCBSM internal audits and maintain required documentation. -Design and develop Compliance Framework and oversight/monitoring database. -Assist in extracting required data to develop executive leadership dashboard. -Assist in the management and monitoring of multiple projects simultaneously by establishing project plans and objectives to ensure goal attainment within defined parameters. -Communicate results of analysis to management via reports/presentations and assist management in implementing programs that provide solutions. -Quality check pharmacy data for accuracy and compliance. -Recommend, communicate, and implement solutions to pharmacy claim processing issues and remediation. -Provide expertise and guidance to unit and corporate staff as required. -Business analysis, application architecture, design, development, integration and delivery. -Application maintenance and support. -Testing phases experience. - Responsible for requirements and functional architecture analysis. - Involved in testing of applications, data and reports. - Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs and thorough understanding of business processes. - Works with internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve business results. - Provides guidance concerning business implications of application development projects. - With general guidance and coaching, gathers and analyzes information and provides recommendations to address and resolve business issues for a specific business group. - Experience creating test plans, test cases, test strategy documents, etc. *Top 3 Required Skills/Experience* 1. Minimum 3-5 years of programming knowledge of SAS software version 9.3 and SAS analytical tools. 2. 5-10 years of experience in using relational databases like DB2, Oracle or Teradata 3. 3-5 years of VBA experience *Required Skills/Experience * 1. Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Access database. 2. Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills. 3. Knowledge of pharmacy claim processing and Medicare guidance related to Part D products. 4. Knowledge of Express Scripts claim processing system. 5. Strong analytical, organizational, planning and problem solving skills. 6. Ability to effectively interface with employees at all levels. 7. Understand and apply statistical inference. 8. Experience creating test plans, test cases, test strategy documents, etc. *Preferred Skills/Experience * 1. Support vendor management frame work for PBM. 2. Assist in CMS and BCBSM internal audits and maintain required documentation. 3.
