Development based on program specifications, overseeing testing efforts and leading programmers.* *Duties:* *• Technical lead for program work-stream.* *• Design, develop and Maintain Technology systems that runs and supports CLS services* *• Ensure requirement related to quality and audit standards are met.* *• Active participation in all SDLC phases of the project life cycle* *• Engage with Vendors, define project objectives, provide specifications and validate deliverables.* *• Provide Level 3 support for Applications running in UAT and Production environments during normal business hours and also during late evening hours on call outs.* *• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for resolving functional and technical issues.* *• Accomplish department and organization goals by achieving results as defined* *• Work on complex projects with globally distributed teams and tight timelines.* *Skills/Qualifications: * *• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience preferably in Finance industry* *• Experienced in leading small sized team of junior to mid-level programmers * *• Primary skill C/C++ programing language with expertise in STLs, Software Algorithm design, Performance tuning and Software Architecture primarily on UNIX/Linux platform. CLS uses AIX.
