This position is responsible for designing and defining the interaction
between applications, databases, and middleware systems based on business
requirements. Please be sure that the person has some experience with
enterprise-sized companies and has a stable work history.
*Education:* 4-yr College degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
Mathematics, or Physics

Skills Required
- 10+ years’ experience designing and developing large systems with the
following characteristics:
- Highly available
- Scalable performance
- With loosely coupled component integration
- 5+ years’ experience developing applications and services in a .NET
environment.
§ Experience in large systems design:
o Using UML artifacts including the following diagrams:
§ Domain model
§ Use cases
§ Activity diagrams
§ Sequence diagrams (Interaction diagrams)
§ Class diagrams
§ State models
o Using E-R models for database design
o Using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
§ Practical knowledge of service design and implementation
§ Experience in using SOAP and REST protocols
§ Use of run-time policy enforcement technologies
o Using multi-tiered application architecture
o Using enterprise application integration
§ Practical knowledge of integration patterns implemented in an ESB product
o Using XML modeling
§ Including message schema design
o Addressing application security and other non-functional requirements
§ Excellent oral and written communication skills
§ Flexibility, team focus, and strong interpersonal skills
§ Experience throughout the entire project lifecycle with an emphasis on
requirements definition and design phases.
§ Excellent problem solving skills.
- Experience developing standards and working with internal standards
committees.
