*SAP HR/Payroll with Concurrent Employement* *Miami, FL* *4-6 months. * Project ERP Title Business Analyst (Payroll) Position Description This individual will perform *functional analysis, functional specification development, technical design, and testing associated with implementation and support of SAP Payroll and integration with other SAP HR modules,* SAP FI, and legacy systems. The individual will work with project management, process leads, configurers, other business analysts, and system users to develop business processes and solutions Responsibilities • Assist in *gap analysis* between M-DCPS requirements and SAP functionality, review and adopt new functionality in SAP • Review M-DCPS process requirements and suggest further enhancements and improvements where possible • Execute, develop, and document Unit, Functional, Integration and *Parallel Testing scripts* • Define User Authorization profiles and security roles • Identify needs for systems development, specify requirements and review data requirements with Development team • Write functional specifications for development objects • Write and/or assist in development of *BPPs and other training material* • Coordinate testing of payroll development objects including interface testing with existing legacy systems and third party vendors • Assist in the preparation and validation of end user training and documentation • *Maintain SAP Payroll tables* as needed • Report delays and risks to team leads • Assist in identifying data to be cleansed • Adhere to ERP PMO project standards • Manage design and/or revise relevant policies and procedures • Build solutions in Payroll according to M-DCPS business requirements Qualifications • Minimum *4 years in SAP HR/Payroll * • Experience with *SAP Concurrent Employment* strongly preferred • Experience with *K-12 or public sector implementations*preferred • Strong experience with SAP Payroll implementations • Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration • Heavy experience writing SAP HR Functional Specifications especially for SAP Payroll • Strong ability and experience with writing detailed SAP Payroll functional and technical specifications • Experience in *writing and executing payroll test scripts* • Experience in *parallel payroll testing* • Experience in developing, writing, and/or reviewing business process procedures • Additional skills in other SAP modules a plus • Ability to communicate in oral and written form effectively • Must be able to participate in a team environment -- Thanks & Regards, Nandan Sharma Beta Soft Systems, Inc., Fremont, CA-94538 Work- 510-744-1700 ext. 309 | Fax- 1-800-368-1322| nan...@betasoftsystems.com |www.betasoftsystems.com Yahoo ID: nandan.betas...@yahoo.com Gtalk ID: nandan.betas...@gmail.com We are "Certified Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE)".
