Skype ok Dynamic Tag Management (DTM) experience a plus *Please reply to ta...@technocraftsol.com <ta...@technocraftsol.com>* *Must Haves* - 2-3 yrs experience working with Adobe Analytics (aka: Adobe SiteCatalyst) at a large enterprise organization (i.e. many digital properties with global view) - Experience working with Global report suites, Cross-domain traffic, Digital campaign tracking and analysis (from off-site attribution through to on-site content/conversion event optimization), Double Click, DFA Integration, Adobe/Site Catalyst's Discover capabilities to identify behavioral segmentation, and Mobile analytics measurement - Successfully integrating Marketing Channel Technologies with Adobe Analytics and the tool set up necessary to make the Marketing Channels capabilities work - specifically Exact Target, SiteSpect, Unica, Tealeaf, and Spredfast - Experience with Dynamic Tag Management from Adobe (preferably) or with any other tag management product (TagMan, Tealium etc). - Writing technical documentation around digital analytics implementation and technical systems architecture *Others* - Passion and desire to want to play a large, influential part in the implementation of Adobe Analytics Technology across 50+ digital properties ($10M+ Program) and building out the processes, procedures, and engagements that establish a best-in-class digital intelligence "center of excellence" organization - Strong ability to consult with the business on mobile and digital projects to help them think more strategically about measurement/tagging strategy - Candidate must have a dynamic, driven personality - Working with internal business partners to transform project measurement needs into strategic KPI's, success events, and engagement measures of success and with IT to implement those measurements (requirements) - Experience performing site-wide, site-side content optimization *Purpose* To define, gather and analyze measures of Vanguard’s client experience across all channels (with the primary focus being digital). To be an advocate for measuring client experience. *Duties and Responsibilities* 1. Defines analytics to measure the effectiveness of our cross-channel client experiences. 2. Builds & maintains dashboards that surface key performance indicators. 3. Gathers, cleanses and analyzes data from multiple sources including but not limited to; Webtrends, Tealeaf, Sitespect and Enterprise Databases. Prepares and delivers presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement. 4. Provides analytics implementation requirements, representing our business needs. 5. Provides consulting services to colleagues needing data for specific projects. 6. Builds relationships with business partners and guides their use of analytics, and data. 7. Influences analytics infrastructure improvements and decisions regarding skills, process, and technology. 8. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required. *Qualifications* · 3-5 years’ experience with enterprise level digital analytics implementations, with specific experience in Adobe Analytics and TeaLeaf · Ability to write a measurement plan and detailed tech spec/implementation document to implement Adobe Analytics for digital projects · Track record of using data to drive business insights · Undergraduate degree (BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing Research preferred), or equivalent combination of training & experience. · Strategic thinker with tactical abilities. · Superior testing and quality control skills and attitude. · MS office skills.
