Responsibilities: The candidate will work as the Functional Business Analyst for the IT Global Planning Systems group. A major focus of this role will to support of the business teams’ use of demand, supply and replenishment planning systems. The role will participate in the design, development, training and implementation and support of these systems. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the execution of the system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management for planning systems as well as have hands on experience in the functional use and understanding of JDA Demand/Fulfillment/Supply Planning systems. The span of responsibility will be global and support not only the North America planning systems but also those teams and application usage across the world. The Business Analyst will work with a cross functional team consisting of IT, business and consulting resources in the design, development and implementation of the JDA software platform. At a detailed level, the Business Analyst will work with the various business teams to support demand planning, replenishment and supply planning functions across the retail and wholesale divisions of the corporation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES: The candidate will document in detail requirements for projects , enhancements and requests for new projects Follow SDLC process ensure each stage of the process is followed according to PVH standards; Work closely with PVH PMO team to ensure standards are being met Manage, maintain, and support the JDA planning applications: Demand, Fulfillment, Supply Planning, etc. Develop detailed test scripts for Business teams to follow during testing of fixes, enhancements and Projects Problem solve issues reported by Business Teams providing detailed analysis and resolution Support the business teams in their understanding of the systems and business processes Partner with business, IT and consultant project teams to ensure system and business objectives are understood and met QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 5 – 8 years of Demand & Supply Planning in a wholesale environment Experience in SDLC and Project management methodologies Experience with supporting a Global business Education: BS in MIS, BA Business Management or related studies Strong presentation Skills Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and communication skills In depth knowledge of demand and supply planning systems – specific knowledge of JDA software modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Fulfillment is a plus. Strong organizational and facilitation skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Excel, Power point, Project, Word Excellent problem solving skills and a self-starter with strong analytical skills. Must be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work with all levels of the organization. Must be willing and able to travel to New York City offices 2-3 days per week. Occasional travel to PVH offices in other countries may be required.
