Responsible for managing the daily operations of discovery scans across the
enterprise for Servers, Software, Network, and other CI’s.
Candidate will monitor and remediate problems with access and credentials
to all scanned devices.
Responsible for Datastore compactions and other maintenance to maintain a
healthy environment.
Candidate is also responsible for closing gaps in discovery and monitoring
the license counts as new devices are discovered.
Setting up and maintaining ADDM backups, planning and executing TKU
releases and Upgrades.
Process and distribute ad-hoc reports of discovery scans.

*Skills Required*
Hands on experience implementing and managing ADDM (Automatic Database
diagnostic Monitor)
ITSM and CMDB knowledge
Integration of ADDM with CMDB
2+ years experience working with Linux and Windows Servers.

*Desired Skills:*
Experience with Remedy CMDB
Understanding of ITIL Framework
Engineers the design, integration and support of BMC Remedy tool suite.
Provides process and technical guidance. Serve as the day-to-day technical
support of the Remedy tool suite (including ITSM functions). Configures
modules of BMC Remedy. Possesses a deep knowledgebase to recommend best
practices. Directs technical resources in functional requirements gathering
and code development for BMC Remedy. Engages other infrastructure technical
leads and subject matter experts to ensure proper configuration of BMC
Remedy. ITIL Certification is a plus. Desired experience with other aspects
of BMC Remedy tool (Atrium CMDB, Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping
(ADDM), Asset Management, Service Request Management, Service Desk, and
Knowledge Management). (Usually requires 1 to 3 years experience.)
